When you place order, please confirm your order by returning email to : firstname.lastname@example.org
with the following details:
1. order number
2. name of recipient and
3. shipping address
The above information should be same as the details with Paypal. A refund fee will be charged for a full or partial refund.

Payment should be made within 24-hour, if failure to do so, order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
We'll do everything to ensure the immediate availability of our catalog, however, sometimes certain products are hard to get. In those cases we'll act this way:
1st: Offer an exchange for different model or size
2nd: Try to buy the products at retail to ship it anyway to you
3rd: Refund out-of-stock items amount paid.
All our products have 30 days return and money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with it. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return.

Read first our return conditions:
1. Within 30-days from delivery you may return any item purchased at our shop by any reason you consider necesary.
2. Goods should be returned in saleable conditions. We won't accept for exchange/refund:
Any item returned at more than 30 days from delivery
Any item that has been use, washed or tags were removed
Any item that has stains, food or other sustain on it.
Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and neither we can return the items to you.
3. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsability (i.e. mistake on the requested size, bad typo on the products customization) we WILL REFUND shipping costs.
All refunds are made via PAYPAL . You only need to open an account (takes you 2 minutes) and then they'll deposit your funds into your bank account. If your country is not on the available list of Paypal or you don't have a bank account, we'll find other ways to refund, but probably we'll have to discount extra fees for other services.
**With immediate effect (25 February 2014), if we issue a full or partial refund, you are responsible for all handling charges such as a refund fee.
Items lost in mail
1. Customer should notify us within two months from the date of dispatch,
2. If the mailing address is correct, our shop will not liable to re-ship goods,
3. It is an obligation of customer to provide a valid mailing address.
