Return Policy & Procedures (It is not applicable if purchase order have been confirmed and processed to arrange delivery by Pickup and mail.) 

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. In the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it to us in its original condition (product must be unopened) within 30 days for a refund, with effective from 25 February 2014, customer is responsible to the extra expense (a refund fee) for all refunds. 

We are not liable for any manufacturers' defects. We will gladly exchange defective items when returned and accompanied by the appropriate RMA# for return.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for internatioanl orders.

Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.

All refunds if applicable will be applied to the credit card used for your original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return.
